Garlic Cheese Muffins

For the final day of Baked snacks, I wanted to make a simple savory muffin with garlic and cheese. Konda and I love garlic that gets baked with cheese, so obviously thought this will make a great delicious breakfast dish.

I had a simple cheese muffin some years back and wanted to add some more to make it more exciting.

Garlic Cheese Muffins

Ingredients Needed:

All purpose flour / Maida - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup (more if needed)
Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Cheddar Cheese - 1/2 cup
Garlic cloves, grated - 2 to 3
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes
Eggless Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
Melted butter
Sugar - 1/2 tsp

How to make the savory muffins

Whisk together flour and milk, stir in cheese, minced garlic, baking powder, salt, red chili flakes, pepper, mayonnaise, and sugar.

Spoon into a lightly greased muffin pan, or cups filling two-thirds full. Bake at 185C for 15 minutes or until golden. Brush with melted butter.
