Low Carb Bacon Pizza
This recipe of course is to my personal liking, using turkey bacon and pepperonis. This is something that can easily be changed and won't really make a difference in how it works, I just personally prefer turkey options from regular more greasy tasting options.
Ingredients:
5 Slices of Turkey Bacon
1/3 Cup of Shredded Cheese
3 Tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese
3 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
3 Tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese
3 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
8 Slices of Turkey Pepperonis
1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic Seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon Basil
1/4 Teaspoon Oregano
Directions:
1 Place slices of bacon just slightly over each other on a plate and cover with a paper towel, then microwave on high for 2 minutes or until crunchy and stuck together
2 Once completely stuck together and crunchy, place tomato paste and other ingredients over the bacon tortilla that was created
3 Microwave on high for another 20-40 seconds, depending on how you like your cheese and toppings melted
4 Enjoy, simple as that!
