This post is for my sister Devina who is not a breakfast person......she always skips it....but I know this is one breakfast she would never ever skip.Miss you Devs, this year I wish for you enough happiness......kind of happiness you won't be afraid of .....does that make sense.......Love you.

 Oriental BBQ Pork 2 T brown sugar 2 T soy sauce 1 lb boneless pork cut into thin strips Mix together above ingredients and marinate for 30 minutes. 6 oz spaghetti noodles 1 C fresh pea pods (whole or cut in half) 1 C matchstick carrots (or julienned) 1/4 C green onion sliced 1 T sesame seeds Cook noodles, in last minute, throw pea pods and carrots in to cook. Pour into strainer and rinse cold. Put in a large bowl and add green onions.  Cook pork about 5 minutes until no longer pink. Add to noodles.  Toss with dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.  Refrigerate 2-3 hours.  Serve cold or reheat. Dressing: 2T  vegetable oil 3 T soy sauce 2 T sugar 1 t ginger root   I love it cold, but it rarely is made that far in advance and kids love it way more warm.  But the flavor does get better with some time.

Navajo Tacos Printable Recipe *Serves 6 INGREDIENTS: 1 Cup hot water (110° F) 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 4 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk 3 Tbsp. Gluten flour 1-1/4+ Cups white-wheat flour 1 Tbsp. active dry yeast canola oil, for frying TOPPINGS: 6 Cups chili ( see recipe that I use here ) 3 Cups shredded lettuce 1 1/2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup sour cream 3 tomatoes, diced salsa avocados olives DIRECTIONS: In a stand mixer add hot water, sugar, salt, dry milk and gluten flour. Add 1-1/4 Cups white-wheat flour and place yeast on the very top. Turn on the mixer and add more whole-wheat flour until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Mix for 6 minutes. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface; punch it down and let it relax about five minutes. Divide into six pieces and roll them to a thickness of 1/4 inch with a diameter of six inches each. We love Mexican food. And I'm always on the lookout for a good Mexican dish that is healthy. So many Mexican recipes use white rice or a lot of meat, both of which we try to use in moderation. Here's a delicious side-dish recipe that we love that uses brown rice. Brown rice is better for you than white rice because it contains the outer hull, making it a whole grain with lots of fiber and nutrition. Cooking brown rice in the pressure cooker is so amazing - it comes out light and fluffy and soft in about half the time it takes to cook on the stove. It really is the best way to do it.
